You can blend it more finely, if that&#8217;s what you prefer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.5 cups blueberries (I use frozen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-2 oranges<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 banana (I use 1\/2 &#8211; I don&#8217;t particularly like banana in my smoothies)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2-4 cups fresh spinach<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 teaspoon <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3H9lYgm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hawaiian spirulina<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 teaspoon <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3VwV46r\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">barley<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3VwV46r\"> grass juice <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3VwV46r\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">powder<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 teaspoon <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3VTf1El\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Atlantic dulse<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-2 Tablespoons sh<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3XShqRj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">elled hemp seed<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>vanilla, honey, cinnamon &#8211; to taste. (I use about 2 tsp cinnamon, a Tbs vanilla, and 1-2 tsp honey)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As I said, it looks awful, but it tastes good.
